Any chance you'd do UK again, this time in London? I'd be more than happy to do it in my spare time during London Olympics this summer. Let me know!

tsotchke: Are you still accepting requests for cameras? Is there a particular kind of camera you're using? I'm in NOLA and it's Mardi Gras here--I'd love to be able to contribute to your project while my city is in it's full colors. There's no way I'd be able to get one of yours in time, but I wouldn't mind going out, buying my own and sending it to you. Is that acceptable or completely missing the aim of the project?

phil-ip: I just found your Tumblr, and it's really cool. But I was wondering how you guys do it? Like your process. Do people just submit addresses and you send them a camera? If that is the case, I'd be down to participate. And if not, well then... yeah. Just curious. Thanks!

We originally took the idea to a forum, and made a post about these wicked cheap cameras they sell here. Basically, yeah, people who were interested just responded with an address and we mailed them on out. Our only discretion is if we have a camera there already, or if we were presently out!

We have cameras in Quebec, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Southern California, Nova Scotia and we just mailed one out to Portugal today. If you’re interested, email info@disposablecontinents.com with your address and, depending where you’re at we’d love you to participate. It’s totally free but you can also totally donate some funds ;)
